We offer free shipping on any prepaid order over $100.00. Any prepaid retail order less than $100.00 will accessed a $10.00 S & H Fee. Any Wholesale prepaid order less than $150.00 will be accessed a $15.00 S & H Fee. - FOB Charges may apply to certain products - see notes below.

We do not pay any shipping on any COD Orders through the USPS. COD is not available through USPS Express.

We ship 1st Class/Priority Mail on all package through the USPS, heavier packages not going to Alaska, Hawaii, or any US Possession may be shipped through UPS at our discretion.

Orders shipped through UPS will be shipped Ground Services.

It is the discretion of F. B. McGuinness as to method of shipping on all packages unless it is dictated by the customer at the time of placing the order. Higher rates my be added to customer order.

US Possessions and international shipping

PLEASE NOTE: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico and USVI are not included in the above. We will only offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 if the package weighs less than a pound or if the customer agrees to have the items shipped Parcel Post or UPS where available. On prepaid orders over $100.00 that are under 1 lb and requiring Priority Mail Services - you will get a $10.00 shipping charge allotted to your order, and the remainder may be billed to you in a separate transaction.

We also offer UPS - Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air at additional cost to the customer. We also offer Express Mail through the USPS.

All International Orders will be shipped via FED-EX only - these orders are quoted and normally billed separately. The customer is responsible for any additional charges, duties and taxes that may occur.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

All orders have a processing time and it takes between 4-7 days from the time we recieve your order until you receive it. This applies to domestic orders only (within the Continental USA). If there is a problem with a particular product our staff will normally let you know what the timeframe is on that product. We are not perfect! Sometimes we don’t know that a product is out of stock or occasionally during busier than normal times of year this may take a bit longer.

We are a small laboratory, not a poultry product supplier and although we try to accommodate all of our customer, we ship on a first come, first serve basis. We carry some products just for the ease of our customers and since these products are not made here we do not keep large stocks.

Please understand that we doing our best to serve you, and sometimes patience in shipping is required. We realize that sometimes you are in great need and faster shipping is required and waiting is not an option. F. B. McGuinness ships to our Distribtors first on all items and you can possibly get what you need Locally, ask your feedstore to stock F. B. McGuiness Products.

We do have the capability to process RUSH ORDERS but these have to be walked through to insure that they go out the day that they are processed. There is a $25.00 Rush Charge - this is only available on Prepaid Orders through Credit Cards at this time.

We now have the capability to track any prepaid USPS orders and COD Orders. Call for the tracking number if so required or provide an email address for on-time updates.

The package must be in transit for over 7 business days before inquiries can be made through the Postal Service on lost or late packages.
